I have spent the better half of my life embracing fitness as a lifestyle and I want to help you accomplish your goals. There are thousands of trainers in the world, so why am I different from the next? Training and teaching people the tools they need to reach their goals and live a longer life is my passion. When you have a true passion for what you do it shows in the end result. I am not your cookie cutter trainer. I have been involved in fitness for the better half of my life, inspired by my father Thomas Sepe a NY City Narcotics Detective; I started training at the age of 13 and never looked back. Although I have come a very long way from that basement home gym in Queens, I still have the same exuberance and enthusiasm for fitness. Every goal that set out in this industry whether it was a national bodybuilder, top physique/fitness model, Fitness Magazine Editor in chief, columnist, and top trainer I have been fortunate enough to accomplish.      

 

Through all of those endeavors the one common thread is YOU! Being in all of those aspects of the fitness industry have kept me close to the thoughts and fitness needs of all of you. There isn’t a day that goes by that I haven’t had the privilege of answering or pointing someone on the right path to better health, which in itself is a very special gift. Now having the opportunity to reach millions of people on HSN is amazing however I know there are people out there who need more personal attention and would like to work one on one with me.


Although sometimes my schedule can’t always accommodate the demand for such requests I do in fact love to work with people in that capacity, like I said before that is my passion. Because of my schedule I am only interested in people who are willing to make a solid commitment to embracing fitness as a lifestyle.  I always say, you can have the greatest training routine and diet plan that was ever written but if you can’t properly get that person to commit to it, it isn’t worth the paper it is written on.

 

My philosophy is simple. We work together in setting a definitive goal for you and work to achieve it in a specific time frame by using safe and smart training and nutritional strategies. The goal is to meet your expectations but at the same time do it in a healthy way.
