PUSHUPS VS. BENCH PRESSES
It is no secret that lifting heavy weights builds muscle. To build a thick, dense chest you need to use heavy loads. The bench press allows you to use hefty weights which will eventually lead to a bigger and more massive chest. The pushup cannot do that. If you are looking to build mass in the pectoral area, go with the bench press. |
